Michelle is the Enrollment, Recruitment, Selection, Eligibility, and Attendance (ERSEA) manager at Educare Chicago.
Michelle oversees the Head Start ERSEA process of children in the program and the eligibility of children participating in the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP), Prevention Initiative, and Preschool for All funding.
Prior to beginning her career at Start Early, she was in market research. Michelle has worked at Start Early for 16 years as an administrative supervisor and ERSEA/child care administrator before transitioning to her current role. She has a bachelor’s degree from Columbia College and a master’s from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
